Come dance the calories away with great people around you and great music pumping through the speakers!  It's fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.

JETSTRONG Suspension Training

With JETSTRONG Suspension Training, you are the weight! Change the way you train, look and feel! The JETSTRONG Suspension Training workouts will strength your entire core, lengthen and strengthen all of your muscles, increase your flexibility and increase your fitness level! This training focuses on the missing link in all of our daily movements as we learn how to make connection with the core and all body movements. Best of all, it's a push yourself based class where you can make it as easy or challenging as you're able to!

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that helps us cope with the stresses of daily living. We will combine breathing, fluid movements, poses (asana) to promote strength, flexibility along with personal awareness of your body.

In addition to traditional yoga, JET Fitness Center also offers Hot Yoga classes!

HOT Spin

45 minutes of leg-pumping, heart-pounding cycling to great tunes that will rev up your metabolism and get you geared for the best shape of your life.  Did we mention the LED lighting system and the HEAT!  Come join the party-like atmosphere for a great workout!

Make sure to bring a face towel and a water bottle.  You'll need them both!

Our group classes have it all, and for every fitness level—whether you want  yoga, high intensity, low impact, boxing or dancing we’ve got the moves that will energize you towards your fitness goals!

GROUP CLASSES

HOT Yoga/HOT Sculpt

HOT yoga isn't your traditional vinyasa/flow style of yoga.  Think of it as a great up-beat workout with yoga strung throughout.  This class systematically works the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress and increasing your overall vitality.  All while in a sauna-like room where you're sure to leave with a great sweat!  Think you've mastered HOT Yoga?  Now add some resistance and you've got HOT Sculpt!

JETSTRONG Kickboxing

JETSTRONG Kickboxing is a high-energy kickboxing full body workout. Our class focuses on interval training, working your cardiovascular fitness by incorporating strength training and combinations on the heavy bag.  Classes are structured to allow each individual the ability to reach his or her fitness goals, whether a beginner or an advanced athlete. Just two or three workouts a week can help you break out of a fitness rut, and leave you feeling re-energized and empowered. Best of all, it's designed for ALL fitness levels!!!
