" Probably the easiest

question for me to

answer, my overall health. Certain genetics are not in my favor, but I know that working

out at JET consistently will help me be physically healthy. JET is also a great place to

get rid of all the mental stress you have from everyday life. Somedays it’s not a‍‍‍bout

building muscle, it’s just therapy.

HOW HAS TRAINING AT JET CHANGE YOUR DAILY LIFE AND SELF-IMAGE?

"If you've been think about joining but aren't sure about it, just do it & take advantage of everything you can. It's not easy but it won't get any easier if you wait until you think you're ready. Changes won't happen overnight but once you see even the smallest change in yourself you'll know you're doing the right thing for your mental & physical health."
